Alanna GombertFounder
Alanna Gombert is CEO of Gombert Consulting, a full service digital media consulting agency.

Prior she was Head of Digital Sales and Strategy at Conde Nast and founder of CatalystDesk, Condé Nast’s digital media trading platform. Gombert joined Condé Nast in March 2013 from Google by way of Admeld, where she ran the trading desk, agency, and demand-side platform relationships and helped grow Real Time Bidding from an idea to a killer business.

Prior to Admeld, Gombert worked at Right Media, the first online advertising exchange, where she focused on ad selection algorithms and market dynamics. Right Media was acquired by Yahoo in 2007. Her early career included stints with Nielsen, DoubleClick, and the finance world with JP Morgan Chase and Commerzbank. Advertising has allowed her to travel the world, and she has experience in international markets, including EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.

Gombert is also very active in the start-up community in NYC. She enjoys advising start-ups, angel investing, and is a proud board member of a number of startups as well as NJIT’s Board of Visitors.

Terrance KentFounder
Terry is a veteran in the global media information and marketing research business. His career has focused on managing the operational and cultural transformations of dozens of companies. Achievements include successfully executing merger and acquisitions, and corporate expansion activities at companies ranging from start-ups to complex international organizations.

Having started his business career at Dun and Bradstreet, Terry moved to VNU (a large Dutch media communications company) in the mid 80’s where he held a variety of executive-level positions and established a successful track record re-engineering and integrating VNU assets. During his tenure he held several key leadership roles, including various President and Group President/Chairman positions. As an original member of VNU’s acquisition and management team in the US, Terry was integrally involved in the Nielsen Media Research acquisition (1999) and the subsequent divestiture of Competitive Media Reporting (CMR).

At the start of the new millennium Terry co-founded Baltic Ventures LLC as a means to advance his activities and global leadership in the media and marketing research sector. During this period, he was also a personal investor and US Chief Executive Officer of Hippon™, a “virtual agent”, answer-engine software company. In 2008 Terry joined TNS Media as Digital Development Director. Shortly after, and post-acquisition of TNS by WPP/Kantar, he was named Corporate Business Development Director for Kantar Media and later that year was appointed CEO, Kantar Media North America. His latest assignment at Kantar was as Global CEO of the consolidated Ad Intelligence business for Kantar Media.

Recently, after many years in the corporate world, Terry has transitioned back into a mentoring and advisory role helping early phase and start-up companies get to their next level of success. He formed

The Kent Advisory Group, LLC in July of 2017 and currently is working with and a member of several executive boards.

Terry belongs to several industry bodies in the marketing and media research space and recently was nominated President of the Market Research Council for the 2017 – 2018 session. He is a graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in science and engineering.

Andrew J BrunnockCFO, VP of Strategy and Business Development
Andrew manages the global data operation across the US, UK, Asia, & India. Responsible for support of State Street’s Data-As-A-Service offering (DataGX) and front-to-back offering (Alpha). Directs Global Data Operations, Data Strategy, Data Security, Risk Management, and Directing AVP and VP level staff. Leads all aspects of a global operation which meets the data management needs of the financial investment community.

Andrew has spent the past 20 years in the Financial Services industry, working in start-up, mid-size, and large global organizations. His experience includes initiating, developing, and expanding Data Operations and Data Strategy roles in new markets, opening data operational facilities across the U.S., U.K., and Asia.

Mihai VoicuVP of Technology
Mihai Voicu is Chief Security Officer for Telit, where he is responsible for the overall security of products and services that Telit offers. He is focused on security features offered to customers, corporate infrastructure (production, data bases, vulnerabilities etc), vendors interface for security issues as well as regulatory and certification issues. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Information and Security Office for ILS Technology since 2010.

Mihai Voicu joined TELIT through ILS Technology as the senior software engineer in 2001. He worked on the initial architecture of the ILS Technology security product secureWISE Collaborate. Prior to ILS Technology, he worked for Nortel Networks as R&D senior software engineer.

Steve McGrawSenior Developer Engineer
Steve has over 25 years of experience in launching new technology-based businesses, scaling established businesses and in engineering turnarounds. He has held senior executive positions in both public and private companies and has experience with Cloud-based, ERP , CRM and clinical solutions for multiple verticals including healthcare, manufacturing, financial services and insurance.

Currently, Steve is the CEO of Topo.ai. Topi.ai provide real time risk management with highly visual mapping, workflow, reporting and analytics platform specifically designed to deliver a unified threat intelligence picture.

As CEO of REACH Health from 2014 to 2018, he successfully engineered a turnaround of the company by rebuilding the management team and overhauling every aspect of the business. REACH Health was acquired by InTouch Health in 2018.

As CEO of Compliance 360 from 2002-2012, he recruited and led the team who built the business from less than one million in sales into the #1 provider of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions for the healthcare and insurance industries. Compliance 360 was sold to SAI Global (ASX: SAIG) in 2012.

Prior to joining Compliance 360, he was a partner at Catalysta Partners where he worked as an advisor and investor in early stage technology-based companies.

Prior to Catalysta, Steve was the Vice President of Field Operations for 2order.com where he worked closely with the founder to grow the business from 9 employees to just over 70. In 2000, he led the process for a successful sale of the company to Primus Knowledge Solutions for over $90 million (NASDAQ: PKSI).

Prior to 1995, Steve held sales/sales management positions with One Wave, DataLogix and Data General. Beginning his career as a software engineer with MSA, Steve quickly migrated to senior positions in sales and executive leadership. Steve has a B.B.A in Finance with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.
